M4-5AX is a 5-axis machining center that is specialized for machining difficult-to-cut parts that require simultaneous 5-axis machining with a high-precision, high-rigid rotary table that is developed with Hwacheon's technology. Its high-rigid structure and high-performance spindle combined with Hwacheon's 5-axis software technology allow precise and efficient machining of products with complex shapes and offer satisfactory machining environment.

Hwacheon Spindle Displacement Control System

When the spindle rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force drives the taper to expand, causing errors in Z axis. HSDC constantly monitors the temperature at each spindle region and makes optimal prediction for thermal displacement.

The system then makes necessary adjustments and eff ectively minimizing thermal displacement.
