    Integrated, ultra-durable bed HOT-2000 has an integrated bed frame to minimize heat distortion, and the precision-polished wide guide surface and the ultra-durable bed absorb the vibration sufficiently, to assure high degree of cutting precision. All guide surfaces are rectangular and incorporate tack guide to maintain rigidity and accuracy in prolonged operation.

    High-Performance Spindle (C-Axis) The Hwacheon clean room assembly facility, where these high-speed, high-precision spindles are manufactured, maintains optimal temperature and humidity, and is kept free of any foreign substances. Only the most skilled master engineers are allowed in the assembly facility.

    Tailstock The tail spindle can be operated either by the foot switch or by programming and provide firm, stable air-pressure chucking. The tailstock can be manually positioned by the operator (position decision).
