SMART Ua STEEL is a ‘Smart Machine’ optimized for machining small steel mold.

The world’s first AI ‘Smart Machine’ is integrated with Hwacheon’s future convergence software, machining know-how and automation technology. Simply inputting the CAD data allows the machine to automatically do CAM calculation and machining which dramatically increases the productivity of the user.

Cooling of the spindle and frames minimizes thermal deformation to ensure high precision during long-time machining. Hwacheon software installed on the machine improves productivity and precision, and always provides the same machining quality.
